About the Journal
“Scientific and Innovative Research in the Social and Humanitarian Sphere” (ISSN 3060-5059) is a scientific and methodological journal published in Uzbekistan since 2024. Starting from January 1, 2026, the journal will be issued once a month, totaling 12 issues per year. If required, changes to this schedule may be made upon agreement with the founders and the editorial board. The journal has been recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission (HAC): by the Presidium decision No. 377/5 dated November 28, 2025, for the fields of pedagogy and philology, and pursuant to decision No. 381/6 dated January 31, 2026, for the fields of history, philosophy, psychology, sociology, and political science, for publishing scientific results of PhD and DSc dissertations.
