Abstrak

Ushbu maqolada maxsus maqsadlar uchun ingliz tili (ESP — English for Specific Purposes) nazariyasining shakllanish tarixi, rivojlanish bosqichlari va zamonaviy pedagogik amaliyotdagi o'rni keng tahlil etilgan. Maqolada ESP tushunchasining kelib chiqishi, uning umumiy ingliz tili ta'limidan farqlanuvchi jihatlari, shuningdek akademik o'qish va yozish ko'nikmalarini ESP dasturlariga integratsiya qilishning pedagogik asoslari ilmiy jihatdan asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqot davomida ESP ta'limining nazariy va metodologik asoslari, ehtiyojlarni tahlil qilish (needs analysis) metodikasi, kurs loyihalash tamoyillari hamda o'quv jarayonida autentik materiallardan foydalanish imkoniyatlari ko'rib chiqilgan. Maqola yuqori ta'lim muassasalari, til markazlari va kasbiy ingliz tili o'qituvchilari uchun amaliy ahamiyatga ega.
