Abstrak

Mazkur maqolada zamonaviy jamiyat sharoitida shaxsning stressga bardoshliligi va emotsional barqarorligini shakllantirish masalalari psixologik nuqtayi nazardan tahlil qilinadi. Bugungi globallashuv, axborot oqimining kuchayishi, ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy o‘zgarishlar va shaxslararo munosabatlardagi murakkabliklar inson ruhiyatiga sezilarli ta’sir ko‘rsatmoqda. Shu sababli stressga nisbatan moslashuvchan munosabatni shakllantirish, emotsional holatni boshqarish, irodaviy sifatlarni rivojlantirish va psixologik himoya mexanizmlaridan samarali foydalanish dolzarb ahamiyat kasb etadi. Maqolada stressga bardoshlilikning shaxsiy, ijtimoiy va psixologik omillari, emotsional barqarorlikni ta’minlovchi ichki resurslar hamda psixoprofilaktik yondashuvlar yoritiladi. Shuningdek, shaxsda o‘z-o‘zini anglash, refleksiya, ijobiy tafakkur, kommunikativ madaniyat va sog‘lom turmush tarzi kabi omillarning stressni yengishdagi o‘rni asoslab beriladi.
