Abstrak

Mazkur maqolada talabalarda akademik stressning yuzaga kelish sabablari, uning o‘quv faoliyati, emotsional holat va shaxsiy rivojlanishga ta’siri hamda stressni kamaytirishning psixologik mexanizmlari tahlil qilinadi. Akademik stress talabalarning imtihonlarga tayyorgarligi, yuqori o‘quv yuklamasi, vaqtni to‘g‘ri taqsimlay olmaslik, muvaffaqiyatsizlikdan qo‘rqish, o‘ziga ishonchning yetarli emasligi va ijtimoiy-psixologik moslashuvdagi qiyinchiliklar bilan bog‘liq holda shakllanadi. Maqolada stressni yengishda emotsional barqarorlik, o‘z-o‘zini boshqarish, ijobiy motivatsiya, psixologik moslashuv, vaqtni rejalashtirish, relaksatsiya texnikalari va psixologik qo‘llab-quvvatlashning ahamiyati yoritiladi. Shuningdek, talabalarda akademik stressni kamaytirishga xizmat qiluvchi profilaktik va korreksion yondashuvlar ilmiy-nazariy jihatdan asoslab beriladi.
