Ushbu maqolada zamonaviy jamiyatda ijtimoiy tarmoqlarning amal qilishi kommunikativ infratuzilma va algoritmik boshqaruv tizimlari nuqtai nazaridan ijtimoiy-falsafiy tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda ijtimoiy tarmoqlarning “diqqat iqtisodiyoti” va “ma’lumotlarga asoslangan nazorat” prinsiplari asosidagi faoliyati atroflicha ko‘rib chiqiladi. Maqolada platforma algoritmlarining “qora quti” [black box] sifatidagi xususiyatlari axborot oqimini qanday qilib yopiq tizimga aylantirishi hamda “aks-sado kameralari” [echo chambers] orqali jamiyatda kognitiv izolyatsiyani qanday yuzaga keltirishi ko‘rsatib berilgan. Taqdim etilayotgan axborotning algoritmik filtrlanishi natijasida foydalanuvchilarning hissiy reaksiyalari qanday boshqarilishi va yakunda insonning kognitiv mustaqilligiga qanday ta’sir ko‘rsatilishi ochib berilgan. Tadqiqot xulosalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, zamonaviy axborot muhiti borgan sari foydalanuvchining mustaqil fikrlash jarayonini cheklovchi algoritmik qoidalarga bo‘ysunmoqda.
