Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekistondan Koreya Respublikasiga yo‘nalgan mehnat migratsiyasining rivojlanishi, uning nazariy, tarixiy va institutsional asoslari, migrantlarning ijtimoiy-huquqiy maqomi hamda mehnat munosabatlari tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, o‘zbek mehnat migrantlarining Koreya jamiyatiga moslashuvi, milliy o‘ziga xosligini saqlab qolishi, ularning transmilliy aloqalari va pul o‘tkazmalarining ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy ahamiyati ko‘rib chiqiladi.
