VMXJNR: TALABALARDA KASBIY KOMPETENTLIKNI RIVOJLANTIRISHNING INTEGRATIV-REFLEKSIV MODELI

Maqolada zamonaviy pedagogik ta’limda bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarning kasbiy-refleksiv kompetentligini rivojlantirish masalasi tadqiq etilgan. Mavjud an’anaviy refleksiv modellarning (D. Kolb, G. Gibbs, D. Shon) retrospektiv cheklanganligi hamda nostandart pedagogik vaziyatlardagi kognitiv yuklamani hisobga olmasligi asoslanib, kognitiv yuklama nazariyasi (J. Sveller) va loyihaviy tafakkur (dizayn-tafakkur, introspeksiya) elementlari integratsiya qilingan. Tadqiqot doirasida talabalarda kasbiy kompetentlikni shakllantirishga qaratilgan VMXJNR (Vaziyat–Motivatsiya–Xulq–Jarayon–Natija–Refleksiya) konseptual modeli ishlab chiqilgan va ilmiy jihatdan asoslangan. Natijada model ikki bosqichli tuzilmaga ajratilgan: 1-blok (V–M–X) tashqi axborot yuklamasini filtrlovchi «kognitiv trigger», 2-blok (J–N–R) esa lokal tajribani tizimli kasbiy mahoratga transformatsiya qiluvchi «kognitiv amplifikator» vazifasini bajaradi. Model oliy ta’limda retrospektiv yondashuvlardan proaktiv va adaptiv metodologiyaga o‘tishni ta’minlaydi hamda metakognitiv monitoring ko‘nikmalarini shakllantirishga xizmat qiladi.
