Mazkur maqolada 2–3-kurs tibbiyot talabalarida emotsional intellektning gender xususiyatlari kompleks empirik tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda 168 nafar respondent ishtirok etgan. EmIn va Bar-On yondashuvlari asosida emotsional intellekt komponentlari gender guruhlari kesimida qiyosiy tahlil qilingan. Natijalar ayrim komponentlar bo‘yicha gender tafovutlari mavjudligini, emotsional intellektning umumiy indeksi bo‘yicha esa guruhlar ko‘rsatkichlari bir-biriga yaqinligini ko‘rsatgan.
