Abstrak

Mazkur maqolada talabalarda o‘zini o‘zi boshqarish kompetentligining stressga bardoshlilik bilan o‘zaro aloqasi psixologik nuqtayi nazardan tahlil qilinadi. Talabalik davrida o‘quv yuklamasining ortishi, vaqtni to‘g‘ri taqsimlash zarurati, nazorat va imtihonlar, ijtimoiy munosabatlar hamda kelajakdagi kasbiy faoliyat bilan bog‘liq noaniqliklar stress holatlarining yuzaga kelishiga sabab bo‘lishi mumkin. Bunday sharoitda shaxsning o‘z xatti-harakatlarini rejalashtirishi, hissiy holatini nazorat qilishi, ustuvor maqsadlarni belgilashi va qiyin vaziyatlarda ongli qaror qabul qilishi stressga moslashish imkoniyatlarini oshiradi. Maqolada o‘zini o‘zi boshqarish kompetentligining maqsad qo‘yish, o‘z faoliyatini rejalashtirish, o‘zini nazorat qilish, hissiy barqarorlik va mas’uliyatlilik kabi tarkibiy jihatlari stressga bardoshlilikning shakllanishi bilan bog‘liq holda yoritiladi. Shuningdek, mazkur ikki psixologik hodisaning o‘zaro bog‘liqligi talabaning akademik va ijtimoiy faoliyatidagi moslashuvchanligi nuqtayi nazaridan asoslanadi.
