Maqolada oliy ta’lim muassasasining axborot-ta’lim muhitida talabalarni raqamli xavflardan himoyalovchi ekotizimni shakllantirishning nazariy va tashkiliy asoslari yoritilgan. «Himoyalovchi ekotizim» tushunchasining mazmuni aniqlashtirilib, uning alohida profilaktik dasturlardan farqi asoslangan. Axborot-ta’lim muhitidagi asosiy xavflar tipologiyasi ishlab chiqilgan va ularning har biriga mos himoyalovchi javob choralari belgilangan. Ekotizimning shaxsiy, jamoaviy, institutsional va tashqi hamkorlik qatlamlaridan iborat tuzilmasi, uning funksiyalari hamda muassasada bosqichma-bosqich shakllantirish tartibi taklif etilgan. Ekotizimning shakllanganlik darajasini baholash ko‘rsatkichlari keltirilgan.
