Maqolada ota-onasi mehnat migratsiyasida bo‘lgan bolalarning ijtimoiy moslashuvi va psixologik muammolarini aniqlash hamda ularga yordam ko‘rsatish imkoniyatlari o‘rganilgan. Bog‘lanish nazariyasi, ekologik tizimlar yondashuvi va transmilliy oila konsepsiyasiga tayanib, muammolarning to‘rt guruhi ajratilgan, ularni erta aniqlashning to‘rt bosqichli tartibi va yordam ko‘rsatishning uch darajali mexanizmi taklif etilgan. Tahlil UNICEF va Xotin-qizlar qo‘mitasi tomonidan O‘zbekistonda o‘tkazilgan tadqiqot ma’lumotlari hamda xalqaro ilmiy adabiyotlarga asoslangan. Tadqiqot natijalaridan ijtimoiy ishchilar, maktab psixologlari va mahalla institutlari o‘rtasidagi hamkorlikni yo‘lga qo‘yishda foydalanish mumkin.
