ARTISTIC DEVICES IN LITERARY WORKS

This article examines artistic devices used in literary works as fundamental tools of aesthetic expression and meaning construction. The study focuses on the functions of narrative, stylistic, and rhetorical means—such as symbolism, metaphor, imagery, irony, and narrative perspective—in shaping thematic depth and influencing reader interpretation. Using qualitative textual analysis, the research explores how artistic devices contribute to structural coherence, emotional impact, and ideological orientation of literary texts. The findings demonstrate that such devices are not merely decorative elements but essential mechanisms for conveying complex ideas, cultural values, and philosophical concepts.
