This article analyzes the formation and development trends of the media relations system in the context of an information society. It highlights how the rapid advancement of modern communication technologies has generated new forms of interaction between mass media and the public. The study examines the theoretical foundations of media relations, its main functions, and the transformations occurring in the process of digitalization. It also analyzes the impact of social networks, internet platforms, and new media tools on the development of this system. The article identifies current trends and future prospects for the effective organization of media relations.
