Abstract

This article analyzes the theoretical foundations of harmonizing Islamic civilization and modern secularism. It explores the historical development of Islamic culture and civilization, highlighting its role in science, ethics, and social life, as well as its interaction with the principles of contemporary secularism. The study examines philosophical, social, and legal aspects of maintaining a balance between religious values and secular principles. In the context of globalization, issues of integrating religious and secular systems, tolerance, and intercultural dialogue are analyzed. The research proposes conceptual approaches to achieving harmony between Islamic civilization and modern secularism.
