INNOVATION MANAGEMENT AS A MANAGERIAL ARCHITECTURE
Keywords:
creative management, innovative thinking, creative potential, organizational adaptability, leadership, intellectual capital, managerial decision-making, sustainable development.Abstract
The article proposes a new interpretation of creative management as a managerial architecture that integrates idea generation, evaluation of feasibility, and implementation into organizational processes. It demonstrates that in conditions of high turbulence, competitive advantage belongs not to companies with the largest number of ideas, but to those with effective mechanisms for transforming ideas into results. The study analyzes cognitive and organizational determinants of innovative performance, including leadership behavior, team dynamics, and the institutional environment. It argues that sustainable development depends on the integration of three core domains: creative, analytical, and operational. Practical guidelines are provided for managers aiming to enhance adaptability, improve decision quality, and strengthen competitiveness.
