LANDSCAPE IMAGERY IN THE POETRY OF MUKARRAMA MURODOVA

This article examines the artistic and aesthetic significance of landscape imagery in the works of the well-known poet Mukarrama Murodova. In literature, landscape description as a means of depicting nature plays an essential role: it serves not only as a background for the development of events but also as a vehicle for expressing characters’ emotional experiences and accessing their inner world. Through illustrative examples, the study shows that in Murodova’s poetry, natural scenery functions not merely as a setting but as an important artistic device for revealing inner feelings. The article analyzes the role of landscape in shaping imagery, poetic expression, and national spirit, thereby highlighting the author’s distinctive style and artistic mastery. In addition, using an analytical approach, it explores how Murodova’s landscape motifs relate to the traditional representation of nature in Uzbek literature while also demonstrating innovative modes of expression.
