Abstract

This article examines the pedagogical mechanisms for developing conflictological competence among leaders of preschool education organizations. The study analyzes approaches aimed at enhancing leaders’ abilities to understand, analyze, and constructively resolve conflict situations. The findings indicate that developing conflictological competence significantly improves managerial effectiveness and contributes to creating a positive psychological climate in preschool educational institutions.
