This article analyzes the importance of focusing on youth education and upbringing and improving teaching effectiveness in the context of globalization processes from a pedagogical perspective. The study examines the impact of globalization on the education system, changes in young people’s worldview and value orientations, and the need to apply modern pedagogical approaches in the educational process. Pedagogical factors aimed at enhancing teaching effectiveness and ensuring the intellectual, moral, and social development of youth are substantiated. The findings contribute to the development of scientific and practical recommendations for improving youth education and upbringing in the era of globalization.
