TYPOLOGICAL FEATURES OF PSYCHOLOGICAL REPRESENTATION IN LITERARY WORKS

This article examines the typological features of psychological representation in fiction, focusing on the novel as a genre. It analyzes the manifestation of psychologism through internal monologue, stream of consciousness, symbolic details, social context, and conflict. The study is based on Taqiq mevasi by Nazar Eshonqul and The Narrative of Arthur Gordon Pym of Nantucket by Edgar Allan Poe. The research reveals the dynamic and typological transformations of characters’ inner worlds in connection with national mentality and aesthetic thought. The article highlights the multilayered, analytical, and socio-contextual nature of psychological depiction in the novel genre.
