Abstract

This article examines the historical formation of the concept of public diplomacy, its differences from traditional diplomacy, and its place in the system of foreign relations of Uzbekistan based on a historical-analytical approach. It also analyzes the stages of the formation of the institutional and social foundations of public diplomacy in Uzbekistan during the period of independence.
