STAGES OF THE HISTORICAL FORMATION OF THE CONCEPT OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE

This article analyzes the relevance of training competent specialists capable of adapting to changes in the digital environment, the growing need for special education personnel, the development of the educational environment, and the emergence of new forms of correctional assistance, as well as the importance and significance of training young professional speech therapists. The works of domestic and international scholars have examined the essence and stages of development of the concept of Caspian competence.
