SOCIAL AND LEGAL FOUNDATIONS OF REAR-FRONT LABOR IN UZBEKISTAN DURING THE SECOND WORLD WAR

This article analyzes the social and legal foundations of rear-front labor in Uzbekistan during the Second World War based on historical sources and normative legal documents. The study examines the mass nature of labor mobilization under wartime conditions, the role of women, adolescents, and the elderly in production, as well as the mechanisms of legal regulation of labor relations. Using archival materials and statistical data, the scale and effectiveness of rearfront labor are revealed, and the social and legal consequences of compulsory labor practices are assessed. Special attention is paid to the importance of wartime state regulations in organizing rear-front labor and to the scientific and practical significance of this historical experience for understanding labor regulation in modern emergency situations.
