In Jadid drama, social problems such as ignorance, backwardness, and injustice were sharply criticized. At the same time, the ideas of a new era—enlightenment, progress, and freedom—were promoted. In this process, the harmony between the system of characters and the artistic space served as an important artistic tool. One of the prominent representatives of Jadid dramaturgy is Abdurauf Fitrat, whose works reveal a deep philosophical and aesthetic connection between character and space.
