This article examines the reflection of national mentality in phraseological units of the Uzbek language from a linguocultural and semantic perspective. Phraseological units are considered as linguistic elements that embody the historical experience, cultural values, and social stereotypes of a nation. The study analyzes how key cultural concepts such as hospitality, respect for elders, family values, and nature-related imagery are expressed in Uzbek phraseological units through specific examples. Special attention is given to the expressive and evaluative functions of phraseological units. The findings demonstrate that phraseological units serve as an important linguistic means of representing national mentality.
