This article examines the process of informatization in Uzbekistan, its developmental stages, and its philosophical foundations. The study explores the theoretical basis for building an information society and compares national and global approaches. Particular attention is given to the “Digital Uzbekistan – 2030” strategy and its impact on social, economic, and cultural transformations. The issues of information culture, information security, digital economy, and individual freedom are analyzed from a philosophical perspective. The findings indicate that the informatization process in Uzbekistan is developing consistently and highlight the prospects for establishing a national model of the information society.
