Abstrak

Ushbu maqolada talabalarda kuzatiladigan xulq-atvor buzilishlarining psixologik va pedagogik holatlari, psixologik yondashuvlarlarning nazariy tahlili hamda ularni korreksiyalashda emotsional intellektning o‘rni haqidagi asosiy ma’lumotlar muhokama qilinadi. Tadqiqotimiz davomida ta’lim jarayonlarida emotsional intellekt tushunchasining nazariy asoslari haqidagi umumiy ma’lumotlar tahlil etildi. Umumiy jihatdan, talabalarning o‘z his-tuyg‘ularini anglash va boshqarish, ichki motivatsiyasini kuchaytirish hamda empatiya va ijtimoiy ko‘nikmalarni rivojlantirish qobiliyatlari tizimli psixologik yondashuvlar asosida o‘rganilib chiqildi. Shuningdek, talabalardagi o‘ylamay ish qilish, qarorlar qabul qilish, ijtimoiy ta’sirga beriluvchanlik holatlari va befarqlik kabi xulq-atvor muammolarining tub sabablari alohida tahlil etiligan holda muhokamalar bilan birga taqdim qilindi. Tahlillarimizning asosiy natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, emotsional intellekti yaxshi rivojlangan talabalar stressli vaziyatlarga nisbatan ancha chidamli bo‘lar ekan.
