Zamonaviy bioetikada global adolat va mas’uliyat masalalari salomatlikka bo‘lgan huquq, tibbiy xizmatlar, dori-darmon va vaksinalardan teng foydalanish imkoniyatlari bilan uzviy bog‘liq. Maqolada JSST, YuNESKO va BMT hujjatlari asosida global salomatlik adolatining me’yoriy asoslari tahlil qilinib, COVAX va SAGE mexanizmlari misolida cheklangan tibbiy resurslarni adolatli taqsimlash masalalari yoritiladi. Shuningdek, Amartiya Sen va Tomas Pogge qarashlari asosida salomatlikdagi tengsizliklarni bartaraf etishda davlatlar, xalqaro tashkilotlar, biznes va jamiyatning o‘zaro mas’uliyati asoslanadi.
