Abstract

This article analyzes the pedagogical potential of the brainstorming method in developing leadership creativity among future doctors. The study focuses on fostering creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and leadership competencies within medical education. Based on an experimental study, the effectiveness of the brainstorming method is identified, and its advantages over traditional teaching methods are substantiated. The results show that the use of brainstorming increases student engagement, enhances independent thinking, and serves as an important pedagogical tool in developing leadership qualities.
