Mazkur maqolada bo‘lajak shifokorlarning liderlik kreativligini rivojlantirishda brainstorming (“aqliy hujum”) metodining pedagogik imkoniyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot tibbiy ta’lim jarayonida kreativ fikrlash, muammoli vaziyatlarni hal etish va liderlik kompetensiyalarini shakllantirishga qaratilgan. Eksperimental tadqiqot asosida brainstorming metodining samaradorligi aniqlanib, uning an’anaviy o‘qitish usullariga nisbatan ustunliklari asoslab berilgan. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, brainstorming metodini qo‘llash talabalar faolligini oshiradi, mustaqil fikrlashni rivojlantiradi va liderlik sifatlarini shakllantirishda muhim pedagogik vosita hisoblanadi.
