Abstract

This article analyzes the pedagogical and psychological foundations of youth education and the development of their professional training. It highlights issues of career guidance considering the individual characteristics, interests, and abilities of learners. The system of career guidance, professional counseling, career choice, and the process of professional adaptation are scientifically substantiated. The study also examines psychological factors of social identification, motivation, independence, and professional self-determination among youth. It emphasizes the importance of competency-based, learner-centered, and systemic approaches in developing professional training within modern education.
