Abstract

This article analyzes the system and structure for developing students’ pedagogical competencies based on a comprehensive approach. In modern education, it is essential to form not only theoretical knowledge but also complex professional competencies in future teachers. The study examines the concept of pedagogical competence, its structural components, and the mechanisms for their systematic development. It also substantiates ways to organize the educational process using a comprehensive approach, integrated educational technologies, and methods for enhancing students’ professional training. The article proposes an effective model for developing pedagogical competencies and outlines its structural framework.
