DEVELOPING CREATIVE COMPETENCIES OF FUTURE EDUCATORS IN THE ERA OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

This article provides a theoretical and practical analysis of the development of creative competencies of future preschool educators in the context of the digital era. The study examines the essence and structural components of creative competence, as well as the mechanisms for its formation through digital technologies. Based on the analysis of scientific works by European scholars (J. Guilford, E. Torrance, K. Robinson), Central Asian researchers (K. Buzaubakova, R. Sulaimanova, A. Zhakupova), and Uzbek scientists (N. A. Abdullayeva, B. E. Dautova, G. P. Narkabilova), the significance of the digital educational environment in fostering creative thinking among future educators is revealed. The research findings indicate that the use of digital didactics, interactive methods, and personalized learning technologies enhances creative activity, innovative thinking, and the ability of future preschool educators to apply pedagogical innovations. The conclusions of the article have practical value for improving the training system of preschool education specialists..
