The article examines the problem of integrating the intellectual (mind) and spiritual-moral (spirit) dimensions within the modern educational process. The author focuses on the philosophical and legal foundations of pedagogy, specifically on how philosophy and law can create conditions for holistic education, in which the development of cognitive abilities is harmoniously combined with the formation of moral consciousness and the spiritual maturity of the individual.
