FORMING STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT COMPETENCE OF HEADS OF GENERAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS IN A DIGITAL EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT

The article discusses the issues of forming strategic management competence of heads of secondary educational institutions in the conditions of a digital educational environment. Digital transformation processes require the introduction of new approaches to management, digital leadership, data-based decision-making and innovative management models in the education system. The study identifies the components of strategic management competence and proposes mechanisms for its development. The results of the study serve to improve the digital competencies of heads of secondary educational institutions, ensure the quality of education and management efficiency.
