PSYCHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF PROFESSIONAL MOTIVATION IN INCREASING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

Abstract

This article analyzes the issue of increasing the professional motivation of future teachers and foreign experiences in this regard. The approaches to motivating teachers, supporting their professional development, and developing pedagogical cooperation in the educational systems of Singapore, Finland, and Japan are highlighted. The importance of forming internal motivation in students, developing professional competencies, and creating a supportive learning environment in the process of pedagogical education is also substantiated.
