IMPLEMENTING MECHANISMS FOR DEVELOPING PROFESSIONAL PROJECT COMPETENCIES IN STUDENTS

This article discusses the didactic foundations of developing students’ professional competencies through the implementation of educational technologies. Content-related and organisational-methodological principles used in the organisation of the educational process are analysed. The pedagogical ideas of Jan Amos Comenius, particularly the concepts presented in his work Great Didactics, are considered as an important theoretical basis for the development of didactics. In addition, the importance of such educational principles as scientificity, systematicity, consistency, visualisation, consciousness, and activity in the development of students’ professional project competencies is revealed. The article also analyses the mechanisms of implementing educational technologies in the learning process, the cooperation of subjects within the pedagogical process, and the role of a learner-centred approach. As a result, it is substantiated that developing students’ creative thinking, independent decision-making skills, and interest in research activities is an important factor in the modern educational environment.
