Abstract

This article highlights the significance of contextual analysis, pragmatic analysis, and the interactive pragmatic approach in developing lexical-pragmatic competence. It also examines how the application of these approaches in working with texts helps students develop skills in deep text comprehension, identifying implicit meanings, and using linguistic units appropriately according to communicative context.
