OCIAL AND LEGAL MECHANISMS FOR ENSURING THE CONTINUITY OF SCHOOL AND FAMILY: INTEGRATION OF CHILD RIGHTS AND EDUCATION

This article examines the socio-legal and pedagogical foundations of cooperation between school and family in the development of a child's personality. The relevance of the research is justified by the necessity to address the challenges and gaps emerging in the upbringing of young people under the current conditions of globalization. Using both quantitative and qualitative analysis methods, the study determines the level of parental involvement in the educational process. The research findings indicate that systemic continuity between school and family plays a decisive role not only in students' academic achievement but also in shaping their legal consciousness. The author has developed scientific and practical proposals for the legal regulation of this cooperation and the strengthening of social partnership.
