IMPROVING THE PROFESSIONAL AND METHODOLOGICAL TRAINING OF FUTURE TEACHERS BASED ON PROJECT TECHNOLOGY: PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL ASPECTS

This article analyzes the psychological and pedagogical aspects of improving the professional and methodological training of future teachers based on project technology. The study examines the role of project technology in the system of pedagogical education and its importance in developing the professional competencies of future teachers. The article highlights the pedagogical conditions for developing students' independent thinking, creativity, and professional reflection through project-based learning. The results show that the use of project technology contributes to the effective formation of professional and methodological competencies of future teachers.
