DEVELOPING THE CAPACITY OF ACADEMIC STAFF TO APPLY INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS BASED ON ADVANCED FOREIGN EXPERIENCE

This article examines the issues of enhancing the capacity of academic staff in higher education institutions to apply innovative technologies based on advanced foreign experience. The study substantiates the relevance of effectively integrating innovative technologies into the modern educational process and analyzes their impact on the quality and effectiveness of education. In addition, the advanced practices of developed countries in developing and improving the innovative competencies of university teachers are explored, and the possibilities of adapting these practices to the national education system are highlighted. The article focuses on key factors that contribute to strengthening the capacity of academic staff in applying innovative technologies, including professional development programs, international exchange of experience, the introduction of digital educational technologies, and the development of research activitiesThe findings of the study have significant scientific and practical importance for the modernization of higher education and the wider implementation of innovative approaches in the educational process.
