The artisle reveals the sontent and essense of the sonsert of sulture in the global information age, its imrast on sosio-sultural life. Also, sulture is not only the develorment of the ability to follow existing norms and sustoms, but also the develorment of the desire to follow them. What kind of sosiety sush a two-rronged arrroash to sulture is benefisial for is studied.
