Abstract

This article explores issues related to the design, analysis, and evaluation of tests, questionnaires, and similar measurement instruments, as well as the modeling of response prediction and its relationship with overall knowledge quality. The possibilities of applying modern testing theory models in assessing the target parameters of items and respondents are examined. Particular attention is given to the use of IRT models, including the Rasch model, for quantitative measurement and interpretation of parameters on the logit scale.
