This study examines the role and significance of innovative pedagogical and information-communication technologies in improving the theoretical knowledge of students majoring in Sports Activity. The effectiveness of digital platforms, interactive teaching methods, multimedia tools, and distance learning technologies in the educational process is scientifically substantiated. The research highlights that innovative approaches contribute to the development of analytical thinking, independent learning skills, and professional competence of students.
