Abstract

The article focuses on theoretical and scholarly reflections related to the hermeneutic method of approaching literary texts and the mode of understanding Franz Kafka’s works. Drawing on examples from world literary studies, it explores theoretical perspectives on the appropriate angle from which Kafka’s oeuvre should be evaluated.
