Abstract

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the concepts of loyalty and betrayal from philosophical-ethical, linguocultural, and aesthetic perspectives. It explores their role as fundamental moral categories throughout different stages of human civilization and examines their conceptual representation in world and Uzbek literature through a comparative approach. Loyalty is interpreted as a foundation for personal spiritual development and social stability, while betrayal is viewed as an expression of moral decline and personal crisis.
