THE ROLE OF STATE BODIES AND CIVIL SOCIETY INSTITUTIONS IN SHAPING ELECTORAL CULTURE

This article provides a scientific and theoretical analysis of the interrelationship between the electoral system and electoral culture in a modern democratic society. It comprehensively examines the role of state institutions and civil society in shaping electoral culture, as well as the impact of electoral legislation, legal awareness, mass media, and the digital information environment. The study also identifies systemic challenges hindering the development of electoral culture in the country and proposes scientific and theoretical conclusions to address them. The research findings demonstrate that improving electoral culture can enhance the effectiveness of democratic reforms.
