DEVELOPMENT OF CRITICAL THINKING IN MEDICAL EDUCATION

The article examines the pedagogical and methodological aspects of developing critical thinking within the system of medical education. The necessity of enhancing analytical abilities of future physicians in the context of the rapid growth of scientific information and the increasing complexity of clinical practice is substantiated. Modern educational approaches aimed at fostering independent clinical reasoning, the ability to evaluate evidence, and to make well-grounded decisions are explored. It is concluded that the development of critical thinking is a key condition for improving the quality of professional training of medical personnel.
