This article analyzes the socio-ethical and philosophical interpretations of the concept of honesty in the works of great Eastern thinkers — Al-Ghazali, Abu Nasr al-Farabi, Alisher Navoi, Ahmad Yasawi, Bahauddin Naqshband, Ibn Sina, and Fariduddin Attar. According to their views, honesty is not merely a personal virtue but a fundamental pillar of social stability, just governance, and a healthy social environment. The article demonstrates, through examples, how these scholars interpreted honesty as a personal moral standard, a social responsibility, a leadership quality, and the spiritual immunity of society. These perspectives provide a solid philosophical foundation for the professional ethics of modern civil servants and the concept of the “honesty vaccine.”
