TIMSS STANDARTLARI ASOSIDA TABIIY FANLAR SAVODXONLIGINI BAHOLASH: KONTEKSTUAL TOPSHIRIQLAR VA O‘QUVCHILARNING KOGNITIV RIVOJLANISHI
Annotatsiya
Mazkur tadqiqot umumta’lim maktablarida ta’lim sifati va unga ta’sir etuvchi ko‘p darajali omillar o‘rtasidagi determinant bog‘liqlikni aniqlashga qaratilgan. Tadqiqotning metodologik asosi sifatida TIMSS (2019, 2023) xalqaro baholash dasturining kontekstual so‘rovnomalari va kvantitativ tahlil metodlari tanlab olindi. Maqolada ilk bor ta’lim sifati ko‘rsatkichlari (TIMSS ballari) va unga ta’sir etuvchi pedagogik, maktab muhiti, o‘quvchi sharoiti hamda boshqaruv tizimi o‘zgaruvchilari o‘rtasidagi aloqa ko‘p darajali regressiv model (Random Intercept Model) yordamida modellashtirildi. Empirik tahlil natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, o‘qituvchi sifati (pedagogik malaka va o‘qitish amaliyoti) ta’lim samaradorligini belgilovchi eng ustuvor omil bo‘lib xizmat qilsa, uy resurslari va ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy holat barqaror fon sifatida akademik yutuqlarni modulyatsiya qiladi. Tadqiqot xulosalari ta’lim tizimini monitoring qilish va inson kapitalini rivojlantirishga yo‘naltirilgan strategik qarorlarni qabul qilishda ilmiy-metodik asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
