Annotatsiya

Ushbu maqolada o‘quv-mashg‘ulot jarayoni bosqichida fitnes aerobikasi bilan muntazam shug‘ullanuvchi talaba qizlarning jismoniy rivojlanishi va funksional holatining o‘ziga xos jihatlari nazariy-metodik nuqtayi nazardan yoritiladi. Tadqiqot yo‘nalishi doirasida antropometrik ko‘rsatkichlar (bo‘y, tana vazni, tana massasi indeksi, tana kompozitsiyasi), jismoniy tayyorgarlik komponentlari (chidamlilik, tezkorlik-kuch, moslashuvchanlik, koordinatsiya) hamda funksional indikatorlar (yurak urish chastotasi, arterial bosim, nafas olish tizimi ko‘rsatkichlari, tiklanish tezligi)ning mashg‘ulot yuklamalari bilan bog‘liqligi tahlil qilinadi. Fitnes aerobikasining ritmik-dinamik xarakteri natijasida aerob imkoniyatlar, umumiy ish qobiliyati va postyuklama tiklanish jarayonlarida kuzatiladigan o‘zgarishlarni baholash mezonlari asoslab beriladi. Maqolada o‘quv-mashg‘ulot jarayonini individuallashtirish, yuklamani optimallashtirish va sog‘lomlashtiruvchi samaradorlikni oshirish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalarni ishlab chiqish uchun diagnostik ko‘rsatkichlar tizimi taklif etiladi.
